• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes! Please check if your local post office accepts mail/parcels from the USA before placing an order. Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking.
  
  Unfortunately, orders from Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Israel, and Palestine will not be accepted at this time.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Packages will be shipped out in bulk at least once per week, most likely Fridays. I am only one person, so your patience is appreciated!
  
  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 7 to 20 business days.

• Will you sign my print?

  Yes! Please leave a note stating such at checkout and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

• Tell me more about your eco-friendly practices?

  Sustainability is important to me, so I do my best to be as earth-conscious as possible when it comes to my products and shipping practices. I am continuously learning about sustainability, and hope to implement more of these practices in the near future!
  
  - Stock is kept to a minimal run to reduce waste, overprinting, and use of unnecessary resources.
  
  - Prints and business cards are printed via moo.com, with paper sourced in a way that meets the highest standards of sustainable forestry.
  
  - Wood charms are manufactured by zapcreatives.com and are printed on materials that comes from sustainable, responsibly managed woodlands.
  
  - Flat mailers 100% recycled, curbside recyclable, and naturally biodegradable! I avoid plastic when I can, but may reuse shipping materials from packages that I have received. Please reuse or recycle packaging when possible! ♥

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
